About the SOUTHRIDGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS Created to maintain quality neighborhood standards and protection of the highest property values for the benefit of each property owner.

Each Southridge Subdivision has Protective Covenants which are recorded at the time of Platting. These Covenants are the "Legally Binding Protective Standards" which all Residents adhere, including the establishment of an elected Committee of 3 Trustees representing the common interest of all Property Owners. This Trustee Committee is commonly known as the HomeOwners Association (HOA), which shall act with the fiduciary duty to assess and collect annual maintenance fees, maintain the common areas, and educate all Property Owners regarding the standards created by the Protective Covenants. The objective of the Homeowners Association is to act in behalf of all residents in maintaining quality neighborhood standards, resulting in the protection of the highest property values for the benefit of each property owner.
